Pierce is a graduate of J. Whitney Bunting School of Business at Georgia College and State University and a Silver Chapter member of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity.

With 37 years experience in conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Rehabilitation, Construction, and non traditional funding sources serving the real estate community in Central Florida, Pierce has helped thousands of families realize their dream of home ownership. He is an expert in assisting first time homebuyers, and is known for his ability to rescue tough deals and put deals together when other lenders can't.

Pierce co-hosts "Patriot Home Funding Friday" along with Christopher Hart every Friday and Sunday from 5-7PM on the American Adversaries Radio Network on AM 950 & FM 94.9 "The Answer."

Pierce is a member of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals, the Mortgage Bankers Association of Central Florida, the National Association of Mortgage Brokers, and the National Association of Independent Housing Professionals.
